本模板能在唱片公司條目中加入信息框。模板代碼應該位於頁面的最上方，文章之前（參見：Wikipedia:格式手冊/序言章節），但要在消歧義提示之下（參見：Wikipedia:管理員不是什麼）。

字段 編輯
所有的字段均為可選填（不填寫不會引起顯示錯誤），但推薦您去填寫儘量多的又來源的信息，特別是founded 和country兩個字段。空白的{{Infobox record label}} 只會生成文章名的藍色標題。
- name
- （默認為文章名）顯示在信息框標題出的廠牌名。
- image
- 廠牌徽標，如
LABEL-LOGO.jpg。 - image_size
- 推薦100到200像素的寬度，基於照片的豎向或橫向長度，默認為180像素。
- image_alt
- 描述圖像的替代文字。
- caption
- 圖片的說明。
- parent
- 母公司，如
[[華納音樂集團]]。 - founded
- 4位數建立年份，使用{{Start date}}。
- founder
- 創立者，使用逗號或者
<br />分開。 - defunct
- 4位數停業年份，使用{{end date}}。
- status
- 除了

- 由於合理使用的限制，實際徽標不應顯示在此文檔頁面上（只能用於闡述有關其的文章）。此處維基百科的圖像是用於闡述如何使用徽標的。
- 請注意在
distributor字段，你可以在<br />的中間隱藏新一行以換行。這麼做並非必須 （founder字段並不使用），且版本不影響輸出信息，但可以使得在長分項內容中的維基代碼更有可讀及可修改性。 - 這裏刪除了兩項字段：
image_bg（因為默認色是白色）和status（因為此公司既不為非活躍狀態也非停業，而且並近期沒有必要使用此字段的跡象）。
